(Toll Free) - 877-837-4447 Website - jhmiller.biz Job Description -Office Position We are a local manufacturer looking for an experienced, dependable, levelheaded individual with the ability to operate on a part-time basis (30+ hours) and perhaps work toward a full-time position. The main functions of this position are customer service, sales, and clerical. Responsibilities of this position include: - Facilitating receipt and processing of customer orders. - Using computers, a multi-line phone system, multi-function printers, a credit card machine, along with other office equipment - Having good organizational, communication, mathematical and analytical skills - Using QuickBooks on a daily basis - Creating sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing and credit processing - Conducting Freight Quotes and producing Bills of Lading - Facilitating special order requirements and shipping releases to assure timely response to customer expectations in coordination with production scheduling - Handling several tasks simultaneously and being able to prioritize the workload frequently throughout the day The hours of this position are usually 9:00 am-4:30 pm, but there are days when we are here earlier and/or stay later. The candidate that we are looking for is flexible, yet thorough and punctual. We are looking for someone who will help in sales growth, company organization, and is a generally motivated person.
